The aroma is fruity with consistent acidity and sweetness. It has a fresh impression with a slight carbonation, but the alcohol seems a little high and there seems to be quite a bit of bitterness.
The rice flavor is not as strong as the others in the series, perhaps due to the grinding.
I am not sure what to pair it with.
