It is a slightly low alcohol sake of 14 degrees Celsius.
Opened the bottle when it was well chilled.
It sizzled but not so much that the lid flew off.
The first sip has a slightly subdued aroma and sweetness.
A little dry?
It was not what I expected, but as the temperature rose a little, the fruity aroma and sweetness blossomed.
Chilli gas feeling.
Hmmm, delicious 😋.
Light and easy to drink, swishy...
