Enjoy it chilled. I thought it would be firm, sharp and dry, but it has a bitter aftertaste, which also contributes to its heaviness. Personally, I prefer it with a gorgeous aroma, so.... Then I changed my drinking style and tried the heated sake recommended by the owner! This is quite good. The bitterness was nice and turned into umami? It's different from flimsy sake, and it's a delicious heated sake. It's nice to be able to enjoy it at different temperatures.
