Imanishi Junmai Ginjo Asahi Unfiltered Nama Shu.
From the limited distribution line of Imanishi Shuzo, which brews Mimuro Sugi, this is an unfiltered, unpasteurized version of Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Asahi sake produced in Okayama Prefecture.
It has a fruity top nose and a fresh sweetness with a somewhat banana-like aroma on the palate. Although it is unfiltered, it does not feel heavy thanks to the clear and sharp crispness of Asahi rice. It is delicious!
