Iwakikotobuki純米酒 アカガネ

Aged Banjo Kotobuki sake. The waiter's reaction 💦 was that it was similar to the earlier Kuranin Kou sake and not suitable for comparison, so I drank the Kuranin Kou first and then started on the real thing.
It is true that it has a similar sense of maturity. However, it has a strong lingering aftertaste.
And this lingering aftertaste has a kind of coffee feel to it!
I paired it with thick-boiled eggs made with Suzuki Shuzo's honey wine. The added sweetness is great!
And the half-boiled egg is the best! This may be the best egg omelet in my life!
