My father bought me a bottle of the famous local sake Houraisen, pressed in the morning of Risshun, as a souvenir.
It has a very elegant and fruity ginjo aroma. The color is clear.
It is very smooth on the palate, with no miscellaneous flavors. The sweetness, bitterness, and sharpness are just right without being too strong.
I like the Risshun morning pressing, and I think I'll make a reservation to drink the other brands next year.
