The sake rice is Oceto, a sake rice from Kagawa Prefecture, which I had never tasted before. After the bottle was opened, it did not have much impact and the acidity of Yamahai could be felt, but on the second and third days after the bottle was opened, the taste became more pronounced. It is mellow, full-bodied, and delicious. It is a good example of the Kaijin brand.
Next time, I would like to try Yamadanishiki or Kame-no-o. If they still sell them, that is.
