This junmai ginjo is a new sake made from newly harvested rice with a rich aroma and flavor, and bottled as orikarumi nama-shu. This is a seasonal sake with a gorgeous aroma and a rich, mellow flavor that can be enjoyed to the fullest. The mellow flavor overflows.
Dense orikarami new sake. The sweetness and umami are mellowed out by the orikara flavor. The acidity is refreshing and well-balanced. The aroma is of ripe melon and muscat. It is a dessert sake.
