A fresh, dry junmai ginjo that retains the natural carbon dioxide gas produced during unrefined fermentation. A mid-meal sake with moderate acidity and a refreshing sharpness.
The sweetness is slightly suppressed. The convergence is acidic and refreshing. After a few hours, it becomes slightly smooth. Dry aftertaste. Slightly bitter taste is noticeable.
