Shiromayumi Thick and Nigori (Nigori Sake)
Honjozo, limited brewing, super thick and thick!
The brewery is located in Hida Furukawa, Gifu Prefecture,
I heard that Kaba Sake Brewery was founded in 1704.
I am ashamed to say that I was unaware of it.
I bought it when it was introduced at Isetan.
I tried it and found it to be a very good sake.
If you like nigori sake, you will love it!
If you like nigori sake, you will love this sake 😆.
It's thick, thick, thick! And super thick! And super thick!
It's just as it says.
It's a super nice sake 🍶😂.
And the aftertaste
It finishes surprisingly quickly 🌠.
It's rich but has a nice sharpness!
This is my favorite "nigori" category 😆.
I definitely want to try something other than nigori next time 😆.
