Ginrin has been on my mind since last year. Unlike the recent fruity flavor boom, this sake has a strong traditional rice flavor.
It is sharp, clean, and delicious.
The description says it has a subtle sourness, which may refer to the tanginess that comes through the throat.
It is one of my favorites because I can feel the full flavor of the rice.
