The last closing of this restaurant is Raku no sei. All of the sake here is brewed in a four-stage process, but the rice used in the fourth stage was too much and it became too sweet. It is true that the aroma is sweeter than usual Raku-no-Se, with a sweet and sour aroma. In the mouth, it is not the usual richness, sweetness, and sourness, but a mild sourness from the sweetness like syrup from a pineapple can. I think this is a good thing. It was delicious 🍶.
