Morishima Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-nihonjyu Miyamanishiki. This is one of the three types of Morishima available today. It has a clean texture but also has a good amount of acidity, making it an enjoyable type of sake to drink. It's nice to be able to finish with this type of sake.
