The last sake of the year was a bottle of Hakutemi 🍶.
My wife worked late after work and fried tempura for me and we had it with New Year's Eve soba noodles 🙏.
It was at room temperature, but the moderate sweetness and slight bubbles went perfectly with the tempura 🥳.
I will continue to enjoy sake with an inquiring mind so that I can encounter a variety of sake next year 🐇.
