Haneya愛山 純米大吟醸
yu
The ginjo aroma is subdued.
In the mouth, umami and sweetness can be sensed, but the acidity is slightly stronger.
There is a slight lingering bitterness at the end of drinking.
It is definitely a delicious sake, but my taste buds could not find the difference in taste between Aizan and Junmai Ginjo, so I think Junmai Ginjo is more cost effective.
