First time Mimuro cedar. Low al 13%. The aroma is restrained and there is no gaseous feeling.
It's a very smooth drink, and it goes down very quickly! This is delicious! It has acidity, so it tastes like something between sake and white wine. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it is not too sweet, so it goes perfectly with food. Today we had it with our homemade taco rice.
