Junmai Ginjo-Ginjo-Hanzake made with Omachi rice grown by the Seto Omachi Club Eco-Farmer. Although expected, unfortunately, the aroma is of ink and rubber. The mouthfeel is characterized by a dark sweetness in addition to the dark alcoholiness of the original sake. The aftertaste is tingling with alcohol.
