The 8th of every month is the day to make a toast with Shinshu sake 🥂.
So, here it is tonight: ❣️
Sake by Sake Sengano of Kawanakajima Genmai
It's a handsome, handsome sake from "Inaka Azemichi".
This sake is brewed with rice produced by local farmers, who distribute rice to Sake Sengrano, and asked Mariko, the toji (master brewer), to start the "Azemichi no Kai" to make sake that they can enjoy by themselves.
In other words, it is a private brand of the farmers🤗.
Now, let's eat 🥂.
The aroma is subtle
The color is slightly amber💛
Take a sip...
Oh, it's delicious with sweet and sour taste! It's a handsome, sweet and sour wine!
The sweetness is immediately followed by the sourness.
I think it is rather sour.
This is Miyamanishiki.
I feel a little bit of 🤏Genmai in the lingering sweetness.
I feel a little bit of Genmai in the lingering sweetness 😙.
Compared to Genmai, it's more refreshing.
I think it tastes more dry 🤔.
Well, depending on what you drink it with
I can feel strong bitterness in the aftertaste
or acidity in the aftertaste
I felt a strong bitterness in the aftertaste or a strong acidity!

Dora's sake recommendation, Genmai ❣️
Inevitably, I became a Sake Sengano-san guess.
Before we knew it, we had stocked up on other sake besides Genmai 🫢.
