On New Year's Day, I took it to my parents' house and drank it.
It smells like a sweet pineapple! I was drunk from the morning, but it was different from other sakes because it was sweet, fizzy, bitter and sour❣There is definitely a difference from other Kinjaku, but I don't have the vocabulary to describe it.
The only thing I can say is: "You are shining! I'm not sure how to describe it.
