I went to my favorite liquor store last night just before closing and found it closed.
So I rode my bicycle at breakneck speed to a second (excuse the pun) liquor store for some spring deer.
The sake was thick and smooth, as it was a raw, unadulterated, unadulterated sake.
I paired it with some grilled salmon I had bought two days earlier at a fish shop I patronize in the shopping street I pass on my way home from work.
The best coupling.
It becomes sushi in your mouth.
