I forgot to record this.
It tastes as if it is not sake. It has a strong sweetness and just a little sourness. It really tastes like calpis.
It is not like nigori sake, which often has a slightly sweet taste and a pungent taste of sake. It tastes more like juice.
The texture is smooth.
Even people who don't usually drink sake or who don't like sake can drink it without hesitation.
The alcohol content is 9 degrees, which is quite low, but it is not the type of sake that refreshes you like the dry, light sake, so you may feel a little bit tired after drinking it.
It is delicious on its own. It might be good as a dessert sake.
