Nf bapak
Fairly clean, umami + slightly spicy mouthfeel. It has a basic sake-like feel.
Some time ago, my wife read an article about a packaged sake that the editor-in-chief of dancyu loves to drink, and we bought it when we came across a mini-pack at a discount price. I found out that it has an alcohol content of just under 15% and a sake alcohol content of +3.5, which is a very satisfactory specification.
Is it good? If you ask me, it's not bad, but it doesn't have that much sparkle either. However, I think it is the best if you like it. I think so. Or is it to put it in the bath and drink it lukewarm...?
