Ohmine San Grain Winter no Otosore Active Nama which we were able to get at the store.
The bubbling sound when the bottle is opened is like champagne and the aroma is also champagne-like.
We started with the supernatant. When poured into a glass, it has a very sweet aroma. It has a nice sweetness on the palate, but it is not dull, and soon after, there is a distilled whiskey-like flavor, and the aftertaste is not bad. It is a sake that is both sweet and easy to drink.
PS: The sweetness of sake lees can be felt more when mixed with ori and the doburoku taste becomes stronger.
