At a work-related drinking party.
This time, I went to a restaurant in Masuge Town that serves food and drinks that mainly use Hokkaido's specialties. We drank "Hokusui", the main brand of "Kunimeki" from Kunimeki Shuzo, Japan's northernmost brewery.
It's a full-flavored sake with an alcohol content of more than 19 degrees and less than 20 degrees. It was recommended that I drink it on the rocks, so I decided to try it on the rocks.
It's easy to drink with plenty of ice. Personally, I thought it was too light, so I tried drinking it with less ice, but it was too rich and easy to drink. The flavor of the wine came out as a "good" taste, yet it was easy to drink and just the right amount of salt. There was a bit of brewed alcohol flavor, but I didn't mind it too much. As recommended, it was a delicious drink to drink on the rocks.
This was my first time drinking this drink and it was delicious. There are many different kinds of drinks, but there are also many ways to drink them.
