It is made from Misato Nishiki. Misato Nishiki is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki. The brewery has its own Kameyama yeast, which is a wonderful environment.
It is light with a little gas, but has a thick core. The pleasant bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste are exquisite and delicious.
You can drink it without any accompaniment. No, I would like to drink it without a side dish.
