President Fujimoto loves a certain type of ramen, and the koji mashimashi was started 🤣.

The color is clear, but you can see the pale yellow color.
The top-tasting aroma is very unique and hard to describe. It has a caramel-like aroma, and for my taste, it smells a bit like flowers.
The mouthfeel is oily and thick.
The taste is bitter as soon as it flows onto the tongue, followed by the sweetness of concentrated amino acids. Taste-wise, it's mellow, but it also seems nutty and berry-like... 🤔... it's indescribably complex.
It's strange that it's not aged, but it has a caramel-like quality to it.
