Alcohol content 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. Sango-Nishiki is the first sake rice variety in eastern Japan with Yamada-Nishiki as its direct parent. It is particularly low in protein and has good milling characteristics. By varying the milling ratio and other factors, sake with an elegant yet diverse taste can be enjoyed. The rice is also said to be "rare rice" because of its low yield! It is a rare rice🌾 with low yield. Next door is Rikuwada, which we drank last year and is unique to Hanayuup 😊. It was a gorgeous and very good sake 🍶. Thank you very much!
