Purchased at a roadside station in Nara.
Since 2016, they've been sticking to the namahashiroku style of sake making.
Does that mean this sake is also a nama yeast?
I like the acidity with lactic acidity. It is round but not heavy. I like the label on the back.
I got a good one.
The Katsuragi Brewery of Hyakugakumon and the Chiyo Brewery of Shinomine are said to be relatives of this brewery.
