Cold sake immediately after opening, at room temperature after 2 days.
I'm not sure if it goes well with Isobojimai, but I've never thought it tasted good after drinking about three different kinds.
I was excited to drink it because of the super cool label, but the lack of volume was not enough, I was not particularly attracted to the ginjo aroma, and I felt the aftertaste was blurred.
Maybe the brewery is not to my taste, or maybe I simply don't like Yamadanishiki.
