I drank
Chikono-iwa Junmai Ginjyo Genshu Sakiori Tanada Rice Brewing
Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +6
The rice is called "Sakiori Tanada Rice". The NPO's website states that they grow Minehikari and Koshihikari, so I guess it was one or the other.
I think it had a rich flavor, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me...
Chikono-iwa Junmai Ginjo
Polishing ratio 50%, Gohyakumangoku
The acidity was impressive.
