The fourth cup is a commemorative sake of the 90th anniversary of the birth of Shinsei's No. 6 yeast: ❣️
I didn't know the price, but I guess this was the most expensive one I drank that day. (LOL).
The aroma is not like Shinsei, and the taste is moderate.
It has a slight wooden barrel taste.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the acidity that is typical of Shinsei.
It's refreshing, but has a weird aftertaste on the tongue😅.
Well 💦.
I don't remember it being very tasty 😭
