じぇんてぃーれ
It has a faint golden color, and its aroma is of rice malt, kumquat, white grapes, and pears. The taste has a faint sweetness, a slight sourness, and a fruity aroma like grapes that passes through the nose. The astringency that stimulates the throat and the fresh stimulation of the acidity are very pleasant, not too strong nor too weak, and the coquettish mouthfeel, like a fine and delicate champagne, is likely to be well received by foreigners. I did not know much about Fuchu Homare, but it is an excellent sake brewery.
