Nabeshima純米吟醸 Blossom Moon
rinThe aroma is gorgeous with ripe apples and floral notes. In the mouth, it has a mild mouthfeel with a chili gas sensation. The gentle and deep sweetness is complemented by a subtle bitterness. The latter half of the bottle disappears lightly, leaving a lingering bitterness.
It was a delicious sake with a gorgeous aroma, freshness, and mellow sweetness perfect for spring.
