The last sip of the year is Matsumori from Ibaraki, my hometown!
The label's character, Jozuru-san, is adorable 🥰.
The taste is... nice rice flavor!
The sweetness of the rice gives us the umami, and the light bitterness makes us feel it's nice.
This is definitely delicious even heated up... I'll have it as a friend for warming up at the beginning of the year, I think!
So, this year's review is not very useful, but I would like to thank all of you who have read it!
I'll keep on reviewing in detail next year, thank you very much!
