Futsuka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, founded in 1673, is the oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture. The sake brewing was started by the founder, Mr. Nishiro Ohga, as a new business utilizing a well with famous water. The brewery is blessed with delicious subterranean water from Mount Takaramitsu and local sake rice, and is dedicated to handcrafting and handcrafting sake under the leadership of Toji Miyazaki Tetsunari.
