One of my coworkers is from Tsushima, so I told him about Shiratake and he told me that nigori sake is delicious, so I bought some. (They send me a dozen every year from my parents' house... give me at least one bottle to try!)
) and it is actually quite tasty.
I don't drink nigori sake very often, but this one is a bit addictive. It is slightly effervescent when opened, and has an easy-drinking sweetness that is typical of nigori sake. It also has a nice aftertaste, so you can drink it in large gulps!
