びびずGoddess of Autumn Poem is a collaboration between Sumikawa Sake Brewery, well known for Toyo Bijin, and regional trading company Yamaguchi, and we enjoyed the mellow flavor that is typical of this season.
Tonight, we enjoyed it with assorted sashimi from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
