I went to Hamamatsu for historical research.
But the first restaurant we wanted was closed temporarily and the second was full, so we decided to go to a restaurant we saw. So we went to "Rokubunsen". It seems to be a famous local restaurant. I was right. And the sake was cheap! So, I drank the Shizuoka sake in order from the bottom to the top, and I've copied and pasted the other sake as well. Also, I don't have any photos of the sake as it was served in the bottle. I'm sorry.
Hatsukame was a Ginjo, but again I couldn't tell the difference. I thought my tongue was dead... But I thought it was also good because Kunika was a special junmai and it was refreshing.
