Sake from my hometown Osaka.
I have been flirting with wine lately, but sake is the best for fish.
So I tried Hiyoroshi.
It has a robust sake flavor, spiciness, and mellow sweetness. It is quite a perfect balance. I can imagine it goes well with "a meal that goes well with sake". Is it good?

It might not be good to chill it too much.
