But when you take a sip, it's very rich and mellow... Well, it's not for everyone, but if you like the fruity and easy-drinking flavors of today, you may not like it... 😰.
It's a perfect food sake and can be served with strong dishes, but... it's more for those who want to get drunk after a few drinks 🥴.
It's a bit like the Takezuru Junmai in the prefecture...but it might be better if it's heated up 💧.
I prefer the one-cup "Honorary Ikezuki" that I drank in the summer. It still had a distinct umami and was less mellow, so I think it's for everyone 😌.
