うとうと
There is a heavenly corner at a 7-Eleven near Nagano Station.
I chose a junmai sake with the sake rice specified.
I immediately tried "Shinano no Kataribe".
The label is very honest and likable. It gives a lot of information.
The sake seems to have been made with the involvement of university students, which is another point that makes me want to support it.
The taste has a nose full of rice, just like a junmai sake, but it is soft on the palate and has a grain flavor in the aftertaste, making it very easy to drink.
It goes well with the pickled cucumber and celery we bought together.
We had one gou (180ml) in no time at all.
