It has a soft sweetness with a smooth texture. The light acidity follows, so you can enjoy it on its own as well. It went well with broiled eel, salmon sashimi, and tonpei-yaki sauce and mayo. It would be good if the sweetness of the sake and the food match. It is very tasty. Personally, I like a little less sweetness these days. ★★★☆
