I will have a Takasenya today. It is said to be a Niigata Prefecture limited edition.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly dry. However, it has a clean and refreshing aftertaste. It goes well with sashimi and does not interfere with meals.
