It is already hiya-odoroshi season, isn't it? It has been a while since I was at a liquor store, but I chose this one from among several hiya-odori.
I thought it would be delicious if it added umami to the fruity flavor of Omine.
When I took a sip, the impression was clearer than I had imagined. The juiciness of Oumine is still there, but the umami is more powerful! I would like to say that the juiciness of Omine is still there, but it is just a little bit.
I can feel the muscat-like flavor, but it is not a flavor that comes later, but rather an immediate umami flavor.
The umami is just like when you drink soup.
Juicy hiyaoroshi is delicious.
