I decided to start with my favorite sake for Easter, so I went with Toyo Bijin. I would have preferred to buy the Jundo Isshu series, but I was curious about this one and bought it.
The taste was unexpectedly bitter compared to the usual fresh one. It is moderately sweet and has a strong taste for an oriental beauty.
The spiciness can be felt well, so it may be good for eating, but I think I prefer to drink it slowly with a glass of wine in the evening. I think I prefer to drink it slowly with a glass of wine in the evening. The aroma is definitely banana-like.
