The Niyu Junmai Ginjo was quite good, so I bought the Junmai sake at the convenience store. Can't wait to see the difference in taste!
On the way back, the aroma is mild but sweet with a slight sourness typical of Junmai.
On the palate, there is a slight sourness and bitterness with a little fruit sweetness. The balance is good. Thanks to this, it has a refreshing aftertaste. Overall, there is nothing to write home about, but it is a standard refreshing sake.
The lack of thickness can be said to be in the same taste category as Junmai Ginjo, but the Junmai Ginjo has a higher aroma, which makes it more pleasant to drink. It is a standard sake in Chiba.
