RyoFrom the supernatant. Upright aroma is muscat, first attack is muscat from the gasiness, rice flavor, and sweetness. Soft sweetness like Wasanbon. The sweetness is exquisitely balanced, so it is easy to drink and never gets boring. Because of its good balance, it should be tasted alone rather than paired with other wines. When mixed with muddled rice, the umami of the rice is impressive. Recommended to be cooled to the perfect temperature, but can also be served on the rocks. It is really delicious, and I would like to drink it again next year.
