After more than two years of practicing and copying heated sake recipes, I finally got to enjoy a full course meal from the legendary heated sake master, Guts the Heated Sake Maker, and I am once again hooked on heated sake. I'm already wanting to heat up everything. The cocktail of slowly heated and chilled sake, the mellow warmed sake and the freshly chilled sake is bliss. The warmed sake is also delicious. Of course, cold sake is great, too.
