Next was Kihei, a local sake from a brewery near the Abegawa River in Shizuoka.
This sake was also crisp and dry, with a moderate sweetness compared to the Garyubai we just drank.
There is also a Heiki sake brewery in Okayama, which is said to be a brother brewery.
