MimurosugiDio Abita
くるま麩
It's been a long time since I had "Mimurosugi" from Miwa!
When I was in Kansai, I used to go to the directly-managed store to buy "Mimorosugi" in kanji, but now it is far away and I am glad to be able to drink it since it is a sake that I don't come across very often☺.
Romain series "Dio Avita".
Sake rice is Yamadanishiki and the alcohol content is a little low (13%).
The aroma is cool and light with a hint of apple.
The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and has a fresh sweet taste.
But it is not thin at all, especially the juicy flavor and aroma that comes afterwards made me groan 😲.
